In beans or ground, our coffee does not change: top quality green beans toasted with craftsmanship in our laboratory.
We never force flavours. Our beans are toasted with the intention to bring back the natural qualities of the plant. Toasting procedures have to enhance the coffee’s own features and not to adjust them, for example, depending on the extraction method. Each coffee has its own aroma, and each person has its own taste: we offer the choice.

A line of Single Origin, different 100% of origin coffees selected from all over the world.
Each element to reveal its essence asks to be captured in purity. Thus the 100% of origin coffee presents all the facets, the colors, the tones, the persistence. It shows its sincere identity. After tasting it, what remains is the cleanliness. The Single Origin is incisive. Far from the intervention of the blend, the Single Origin coffee does not seduce, it lets itself be followed.

Through these coffees we want to share our own desire for these marvels and offer a moment of unique and sublime pleasure.
We usually offer several Cru in our range, depending on the availability and in limited quantities.

THE DECAF
Single Origin Arabica decaffeinated coffee with water natural method.
It is a natural procedure called “swiss water process” which reflects the personality of the coffee because it excludes chemicals usage. By sipping your cup of coffee, you will have the pleasure to taste a top quality product whose aromatic features are preserved.
